This week we are going heavy on the meat because Lent starts next week. Next week we will start a vegetarian and gluten free menu for 40 days.
Monday–Beef Tacos (so simple: fry beef with taco seasoning packet, warm taco shells, serve with tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc)
Tuesday–Corned Beef and Cabbage
Thursday–Rubins (with left over corned beef)
Saturday–Broiled Steak and veggies
