Let me introduce you to something I wish I had been using long ago. It’s this:
It’s an apron.
Do you have one?
Do you use it?
Mine usually hangs on the wall all pretty and unmarred. But had I been using it I would not have splattered oil on numerous clothing items that I love.
I’m convinced–an apron is an invaluable cooking tool. I have made a vow to use it every time I cook from now on. I suggest you use one, too.

i’ve been telling myself this too, but i still don’t use it regularly. i even have a couple of hot oil splatter scars on my stomach from cooking without a shirt on (not something i recommend.. hahaha)
